Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is effective for 15 days after date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Rolled Maps and Posters: All rolled maps/posters and are shipped with insurance. Clark Geomatics is not Amazon; we rely on the postal service to ship our maps, so if a map arrives damaged (i.e., the package was crunched by the postal services - it happens) you will need to take it up with the postal service using your tracking number to resolve the issue (we will help if we can). 

If you unpackage your map to find an issue with the printing of the map, you can exchange the item free of charge by returning it to Clark Geomatics within 14 days. The customer (you) is responsible for packaging and pays postage for returning the product; Clark Geomatics pays postage for returning a replacement product to the customer (again, you).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it so I can restock the item - i.e., any blemishes, bumps, dents, creases, etc. due to a customer unpackaging or unrolling the map would mean the map is no longer in the same condition you received it - it's now yours. If 14 days have passed since you received the map, don't bother sending it back - it's yours for keeps.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2720 Crescentview Drive, North Vancouver, BC, V7R 2V1, Canada 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
